The new Soldering Projects Board #2PB-2

The SPB-2 is the result of requests for an introductory electronics assembly project that provides students with:

  1. A variety of electronic components and their circuit applications
  2. Soldered assembly on a PCB
  3. Several set-to-work and fault finding exercises
  4. Circuit and device interfacing
  5. Extension applications

The downloadable User Guide overviews SPB-2 operation, and provides assembly suggestions and a test procedure for each of the projects on the PCB. It also includes example applications of the assembly.

Coming soon: Soldering Projects Board #1

The SPB-1 introduces students to solderless circuit assembly on a breadboard, and basic soldered assembly on general-purpose copper strip board.

In addition to the breadboard and strip board, the SPB-1A kit contains components for a LED torch - the first SPB-1 project.

Additional projects will be documented as suggestions come from teachers and students.
